Artwork Process

At Blacklist Prints we enjoy customising products to our clients’  styles and tastes. We love breaking the cookie cutter mould! There are different features that you can specify in order to create your own special dimple mug box.

When our artwork team has the engraving details they can proceed to create an artwork proof for customer approval. This process allows our customers to request changes or provide us with feedback. We do not engrave until our proofs have been approved by you the customer.

• We can engrave names, events details and special messages or quotes
• We can engrave a special message on the inside of the lid
• We can engrave corporate logos and other graphics
• We have looked at wedding invitations that customers have provided and are able to create something to match
• Customers have given us an idea of a theme or pictures of what they like
• Some customers provide us with artwork they would like

Specs

At Blacklist Prints we custom cut and build each dimple beer mug box from premium 7mm ply. Wood is a natural product and variations in colouring, grain and texture can be expected. We love working with timber and leave this product in its raw state as pictured. The dimension of the box is:

• Dimensions: 270 x 145 x 140mm

 We have two glasses that will fit our dimple beer mug box. Please let our friendly artwork team know which glasses you would prefer engraved. 

• Glasses: 2x Dimple Beer Mugs 570 ml or
• Glass: 2x Straight Sided Beer Mugs 450ml

Lead Times

The standard lead time that we allow for all our orders is 7-10 Business Days. This is the time we allow to design, print or engrave, build where necessary and dispatch items. Once an order is posted it is up to Australia Post / Courier for delivery. 

We understand that you may require your item in a shorter time frame. In many cases, we can accommodate rush orders.  Please be in contact with our team to find out the availability of a Priority Rush and Rush orders prior to completing your order. 

Priority Rush – This gives your order priority over all other orders and we will endeavour to have your product emailed or dispatched within 1-2 business days. 

Rush – These orders are bumped up the production queue. We endeavour to have orders completed in 3-5 business days. 

Please Note: delays in artwork approval will affect our ability to dispatch within the priority time. Also, it is important to check with a team member if we are available to accommodate a rush order.
