Wooden Trailer & Dolly

By far Grandpa from Grandpa’s Toys most popular toy is his iconic wooden trucks. The trailer and dolly can be added to existing Grandpa’s Toy truck collection to create new combos!. Grandpa’s products are meant to be played with and enjoyed. The trucks have been enjoyed by children and adults alike!

Specs of Wooden Trailer & Dolly

Grandpa uses premium grade radiata pine with Merbau timber wheels to build his quality wooden trucks. Each truck is given two coats of polyurethane for protection. The dimensions of the wooden toy a trailer is as follows 360mm (L) x 115mm(W) x 160mm(H). As wood is a natural product and each truck is handmade there may be slight variations in colour and shape.

Grandpa’s Toys trucks are made so that you can build and design your own combos! The Wooden Toy Dolly and Trailer can be added to the wooden toy Truck and trailer. Made to the same standard as the Trailers and truck the Wooden Toy Dolly attaches to the Truck & Trailer and then the other Trailer attaches to the dolly. Personalised Engraving Option

The standard trailers come engraved with either Livestock Transport (slotted trailers), Baulk Haulage or Sand and Gravel. For a small fee, we can engrave a child’s name, property or business name on the sides of the A trailer.  Another option for personalisation is personalised number plates. Number plates are engraved on a two-tone industrial plastic and can be done on a variety of colours. The example of colours available can be viewed on our materials page under the colour chart for industrial plastics. Engraving details for personalised options can be added to the text boxes available. Personalised Trucks require approximately 15 business days (three weeks)  to complete prior to dispatch.

Lead Times and Dispatch

For standard items without any personalisation, our lead time is 7-10 business days. Items with personalisation can take approximately 15 business days (3 weeks). Once an order is posted it is up to Australia Post or the courier for delivery.

We are aware some customers may require their items done in a quick time frame. For these situations, we do offer a Rush Lead time which is 5-7 business days for Grandpa’s Toys Items. Customers who select Rush will be bumped up the queue in order to have their items completed quicker.

We are always working to keep our postage price low while ensuring your order arrives safe and secure. We currently ship with Australia Post or Courier depending on the size of the package. Some locations are not serviced by our courier and are considered Rural so a surcharge may apply. If you would like to check your location, please contact us.
