Birth Announcement Disc

The Birth Announcement Disc is a beautiful keepsake for when your bundle of joy arrives. Once born add the new baby’s information to the disc including name, date, weight and length. We certainly can customise the engraving on the disc if you like.

Artwork Process

Please let us know if you would like either design. Proofs are then sent to our customers so that they may look over their information and request changes. We do not engrave until our proofs have been approved by you the customer.

Birth Announcement Disc Specs

We have two sizes available with our birth announcement discs 200mm and 345mm. Our birth announcement disc is engraved on 3mm premium ply. Wood is a natural product so differences in grain, engraving and colour is to be expected.

The acrylic ‘Hello World’ is cut from acrylic. Acrylic colours that we have available for cutting can be viewed on our materials page.

Materials

Lead Times

The standard lead time that we allow for all our orders is 7-10 Business Days. This is the time we allow to design, print or engrave, build where necessary and dispatch items. Once an order is posted it is up to Australia Post / Courier for delivery.

We understand that you may require your item in a shorter time frame. In many cases, we can accommodate rush orders.  Please be in contact with our team to find out the availability of a Priority Rush and Rush orders prior to completing your order.

Priority Rush – This gives your order priority over all other orders and we will endeavour to have your product emailed or dispatched within 1-2 business days.

Rush – These orders are bumped up the production queue. We endeavour to have orders completed in 3-5 business days.

Please Note: delays in artwork approval will affect our ability to dispatch within the priority time. Also, it is important to check with a team member if we are available to accommodate a rush order.
